Where is Agape Boutique heading?
Agape Boutique is on a preliminary stage. A better dot.com e-commerce web portal with proper payment gateway that accepts credit card, online banking, PayPal will be our first priority to ensure a better service to our customers. Ultimately, we would love to have our very own one-stop for you to walk in and try our service.

What are the qualities of Agape Boutique products?Quality is one of the major concerns for most of the online shoppers and Agape Boutique are committed to deliver products which meet our customer requirement. Therefore for all fashion ladies apparel and accessories, we do pre-inspection on all items before shipping it out.
Where do you get your products from?
Currently for latest fashion ladies apparel and accessories, we imported directly from Hong Kong, Korea, Japan and Taiwan factory.
How does the measurements of dresses works?Please allow 1-inch discrepancies for the measurements stated.
How do we make payment for the products that we purchase?
You can bank in the amount chargeable or cash on delivery is accepted in certain areas (to liaise with purchaser on collection).
What it the currency used on my purchases?
The $ / RM / MYR denotes to Malaysian Ringgit on this website. For international purchase, you may send in your payment via bank transfers in Malaysian Ringgit.
How do we get the products that we purchase?
We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a reliable courier service provider.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in Malaysia. An international buyers need to check with us on delivery charges outside Malaysia. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or APO/FPO addresses.
When will the purchases be delivered?
Delivery in Malaysia will take 2-3 days depending on availability of stock. Please be reminded that delays in delivery may caused by sending your item to an address without a recipient present. It is always our recommendation to send your item to an office address where you can sign for it. You may also appoint someone you trust to receive the delivery on your behalf.
Do I get charged for the delivery service?
Please refer to our Mode of Delivery for the postage charges. For Singapore and international deliveries, please check with us on the charges. We will charge the exact rates that have been applied to us by our courier partners. Take this opportunity to shop online with us now!
Which shipping services does Agape Boutique use?
We use Poslaju or Skynet Express for Malaysia deliveries. For international deliveries, we will use FeDex, DHL or UPS. We only use first class express delivery.
Can I shop for family and friends if I live in another city?
Yes, you can! Just specify the delivery address and recipient’s name and we will deliver it for you. Works well as a surprise for that special someone!
Can I shop for family and friends of another country?
Yes you can and please check with us on shipping charges before you bank in the money. When you place your order, just fill in your details in the order form and write down the receiver's details with address in the Remarks column. Your recipient may receive our invoice meant for customs and duties, with the retail price of the item stated and may be taxed upon delivery depending on the country it is delivered to. If you wish to pay for taxes or avoid sending the invoice to your recipient overseas, please inform us. There will be service charges charged by our courier company for these.
Can I request you to send out the clothes as a gift to someone?
Yes of course. Let us know and we will be glad to help you in preparing it without any charges (FREE). We will prepare a gift card with your personalized message in it for any seasonal or special occasions too.
Can I request for special delivery dates?
Yes of course. If you require delivery on a special date, just email/msn us your transaction date, amount you have bank in and specify your special delivery dates. Otherwise, we will send out your items once we receive your payment notification.
What if I do not receive my items?
You can track the items with a tracking number at our courier service website. All the details will provide to you once we have sent out your products. Also, you can email/msn us to assist you in checking the shipment status.
